Nourishing Leads Blog Series Week 5: Customizing the Customer Account Page

As a user of Elromco’s Moveboard software, you have the ability to share customized information for each and every moving customer. This page allows the client to add inventory, make changes to their move, and view their quote - but it can also be a great place for you to show them why you’re the best moving company around.

Head into your account page settings (Settings>Account Page) and start with your greeting. You can edit the photo and greeting message to properly welcome your customer to their portal and to your business, creating a more personal experience for them.

In your general custom block settings, you can create new sections to the account page. Link up your social media sites like Twitter or Instagram, or create new blocks with current photos of your team hard at work. This invites your customers to get to know your company and thus pushing them to book their move with you over someone else.

To add photos, you will need to make sure the images have been uploaded to the internet, whether they be from your Facebook, Yelp, website, etc. Right click the photo, select Copy Image Address and paste that URL into the Moveboard software on the please enter an image URL to insert line.

After creating a new block, you can edit the block settings to make sure it displayed for the clients you would like to show it to. This can be broken down by service type and status.

Did you know If you have specific information that you would like to share with select moving customers, you can create custom blocks from within their request through the Settings tab. This block will show only on their page, so you can make the message as close to their needs as possible.

These small ways of customizing your moving customers’ page will increase their experience with your company immensely - and before your movers even arrive for the job! Make sure to utilize these tools that your Moveboard CRM provides you with to better your customer experience and convert more leads into booked jobs.
